Considering the ridiculous hours these guys put in, it’s probably better for them to be hourly than salaried.

I’d drive a hyper car on an upside down track (theoretically possible) just to see if it could be done. Although I would be expecting payment a few months in advance so I can enjoy it, before it all goes wrong.
